LIBIA LAZCANO
Libia Lazcano is a Fulbright scholar from Mexico City; this is her second year in the MFA program at the University of North Texas. She has a strong background in the humanities, journalism, and the written media. She has dedicated her career to Mexican educational television, and aims to produce creative and appealing educational and cultural features when she returns to her country.
