SCHOLARSHIPS

The Center for Spanish Language Media awards scholarships of up to $1000 to eligible students pursuing the Certificate in Spanish Language Media at the University of North Texas.  Scholarship funds will be applied towards tuition in the fall and spring semesters.

Application Requirements

1. Students must be a full-time undergraduate major in the Department of Radio, Television and Film.
2. Students must also pursue the Certificate in Spanish Language Media to be eligible for scholarship consideration.
3. Students must be in good standing with a minimum GPA of 2.5
   

Applications must include the following:

1. A cover letter, outlining your goals upon graduation and your interest in the Certificate in Spanish Language Media.
2. A recent resume, outlining all work experience and contact information.
3. Current unofficial transcript.
4. At least two letters of recommendation, with one from a professor familiar with your progress.

Applications are accepted in January/February each year. Scholarships will be announced in April. Submit your application to: Center for Spanish Language Media, Attn: Christine Paswan, RTVF Building, Room 272.
